Cheesesteak was a Lancaster B minus.  I like more crust to my bread and the whiz and meat weren't very flavorful.  The whiz was melted into the meat very well, though!

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had.  I am 58 years old and had pizza in many different places.  Its one thing if the taste is a bit off, its another thing if the slice, after having been thoroughly reheated is hard to bite into and chew!  I was hungry too, so even marginal pizza should have satisfied me.

Verdict: Good pizza if you don't mind the rest.

This is probably a good takeout place. My grandma pizza slice hit the spot. It took a little while to heat up but it was worth the wait. After that, I didn't feel super comfortable inside. It wasn't a security thing at all. It was more of a general upkeep thing.

It's all based on your impression of the food versus the rest of your experience here. I'd go back here if I lived nearby but, as I mentioned before, I might get my pizza to go.

    *$5 delivery fee*

One of my favorite pizza shops downtown. Joe (owner) and his staff are very friendly. I walk here often for lunch and you can always count on a line, so get there a little before noon.

The inside is tight, with limited seating, so you aren't guaranteed a spot. The layout is kinda wonky. The entrance and the order line converge and gets crowed easily.

Anyway...to the food. Hands down the grandma pizza is their best. Their marinara sauce is on the sweeter side and is ladled on top of the cheese with dollops of pesto. Just delicious. *You can order by the slice if they have it in the window, otherwise, you can only order a full pie ($17)*

This was the first time I ordered wings. I asked for them to drop them for an extra 30 seconds because I prefer mine on the crispier side.
    (Takeout order, btw)
It was snowing outside and the woman did say it would be about 45 minutes. Total time was an hour. The odd part was that the delivery driver sat out front for about 5 minutes until I got a call saying, "Slice of Brooklyn walking to the door." Not sure what the delay was.

Side note - I've had the Chicken Buffalo Wrap before and was pretty good. Decent size portions.

Our scheduled delivery was over half hour late.  It happens, right?  Usually no problem.  However, Slice of Brooklyn couldn't care less because they told us it's not their problem because they hire out to a delivery service.  Ummmm, hello?  That is YOUR service.  We didn't choose them. YOU are responsible when they mess up.  You could've been kind when we pointed out our displeasure.  Or, you could do what you did and be rude to our super sweet receptionist when she called you.  So, then we'll just write this review, tell everyone we know and NEVER order from you again for our business luncheons.  Everyone, Pasquale's Pizza is better anyhow.
